Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service-Based Refunds

• Full refund only if the project has not started
• No refund once work has commenced or deliverables are shared
• Strategy, planning, consultation, and setup fees are non-refundable

2. Advertising & Third-Party Costs

• Ad spend paid to Google, Meta, or other platforms is non-refundable
• XRMarketing is not responsible for third-party platform charges

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of payment
• Requests after 24 hours are not eligible for refund

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method

5. No Guarantee Clause

XRMarketing does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or sales due to market and platform dependencies.
